회사에서 H가 아침 회의에 늦을것 같다면서 다음과 같은 이메일을 보냈다. 아파트 건물의 메인수도밸브를 누가 훔쳐가 버려서 물이 안 나오기 때문에 일단 이 문제를 해결하고 오겠다는 것이다. 정말 H의 말대로 "innovative excuses"라고 아니할 수 없다. ^^

It seems like I am coming up with innovative excuses! We have no water this morning. Last night, someone stole the main valve of the condo complex and so everyone here is without water. The plumbers are working on it but are not giving out any firm commitment on when they will be done. I will make temporary arrangements before I come in.
